In principle, our services are not specifically aimed at minors. However, in the event that any of them is aimed at minors under fourteen years of age, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LO 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), Kala will require the valid, free, unequivocal, specific and informed consent of their legal guardians in order to process the personal data of the minors. In this case, the DNI or another form of identification of the person giving consent will be required.
In the case of minors over fourteen years of age, the data may be processed with the user's consent, except in those cases in which the law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority or guardianship.

Kala is not responsible for any hypothetical damages or losses that may arise from interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone failures or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system, caused by reasons beyond Kala's control; from delays or blockages in the use of this system caused by deficiencies or overloads of telephone lines, of the Data Processing Centre, of the Internet system or of other electronic systems; as well as from damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful intrusions outside Kala's control.

The purpose of tools such as Instagram, Facebook or other social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by our organisation. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policy.
