Our origin

It started with a pause.

Kala was born in June 2024 with a small idea and a big conviction: a yogurt can also be a pause. Something you don't just consume, you live.

We wanted to make an authentic, real product, made every day with the calm of someone who has time. Real Greek yogurt, goat kefir and our own workshop. Nothing to hide, nothing to embellish.

That's why what matters to us isn't only what we offer, but how we do it. That's the pause we wanted to share — the one we were taught in Greece, the one we nurture in Madrid, the one we want to keep opening in every Kala.

Origin

Straight from Greece.

Our base yogurt arrives every week from Greece, where respect for the product is part of the culture. It's the tradition that gives character to everything we do.

Natural goat kefir with no added sugar

The base

Goat kefir, nothing else.

We blend it with goat kefir. No added sugar, no flavourings, no shortcuts. Only what has to be there for the flavour to be real.

Every morning.

We make artisan baklava and crumbles daily. Recipes made with care, ingredients we know, hands you can see. The workshop is where meraki becomes tangible.
