The user is responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and updating of the data provided. Kala is not responsible for false or inaccurate data.

How do we process the personal data of minors?

In principle, our services are not specifically aimed at minors. However, in the event that any of them is aimed at minors under fourteen years of age, in accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LO 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre (LOPDGDD), Kala will require the valid, free, unequivocal, specific and informed consent of their legal guardians in order to process the personal data of the minors. In this case, the DNI or another form of identification of the person giving consent will be required.

In the case of minors over fourteen years of age, the data may be processed with the user's consent, except in those cases in which the law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority or guardianship.

Nevertheless, the user must be aware that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable.

The purpose of tools such as Instagram, Facebook or other social networks is to give visibility and dissemination to the activities carried out by our organisation.
